We are promoting our sales through online directly from our factory to cut unnecessary cost but not the quality.
How difficult is to install the window film for house windows?
It might be difficult when you are new to the window film installation. However once you understand its nature and the process, it will be easy. Try with small portion first and make a few errors, and you will master the method quickly. Please refer our "Installation Guide" for the instruction details.Should I install these films on inside or outside of window?
Window films are designed to be installed on inside of the window, except Exterior film and Anti-Graffiti film which need to be installed on outside of the window.
How does your window film attach to the window?
All of our products have pressure sensitive adhesive. To attach the film on the window, you need to peel off the clear liner from the film, and spray water on the adhesive side of the film. Please refer our "Installation Guide" for more detailed instructions.
What kind of tools do I need for DIY window film installation?
Spray bottle, squegee, knife, cotton based cloth, and a person who can help you (for large window). Please refer our "Installation Guide" for more instruction details.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped out the same day.
Any orders placed after 12 PM PST will be shipped out the next business day.
Any orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays or the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will email you an invoice that contains a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You may also check your order status by logging in to “My account” on online store.
I have missing items in my order.
If you are missing any small tools, please check inside the plastic film core that your film is placed in. We package small tools inside the film core to get all of your orders contained in one box. However, if you are still unable to locate your missing item, please let us know and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

What is the return policy for window film?
If you get a defective film, please email us within 30 days after receipt. From there, you will be provided an approval code for your return. Once we have received your item, we will inspect the film and either provide a placement or issue a refund.
